What drives you crazy about your stockbroker/brokerage firm?

What do you love about your stockbroker/brokerage firm?

It used to be your stockbroker was a person that knew you and was a quick phone call away.

Now, many investors use an online broker and seldom, if ever, talk to another human.

Sometimes this can be a good thing.

Some firms still offer “full service” brokerage with research and buy/sell recommendations.

More firms offer a hybrid service between “do-it-yourself” and the more traditional approach.

Many more firms simply provide a platform for you to enter and exit trades.

If you’re looking for the lowest cost this is often the best way to go.
