Dow Looking for New Record

The Dow teased a new record on Wednesday, but backed off and closed down less than 8 points. Considering there was not much in the news to push the market one way or the other, it seemed about right for investors hoping for one more push before the end of the year.
Final GDP numbers for the third quarter are reported today and anything that resembles good news or neutral news may be greeted with a push through the 12,500 mark.
